About Harumi: Owner/Director of Harumi Yoga+ Holistic Healing House. E-500RYT, C-IAYT, YCEP, Certified Master class Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Therapeutic Life Mentor. Harumi spent a decade engaged in daily practice in mindfulness and spent many hours at intense silent meditation retreat meditation in temples and monastics. Afterward, she began her yoga training in the Kripal

u tradition E-500 hours later completed her initial teacher's training in Hatha yoga. With hundreds of hours of classes, workshops, & teacher training in Yin Yoga, Prana Flow, & Phoenix Rising Yoga styles as well as a Certified International Association of Yoga Therapists, with practices of more than 8,000 hours of yoga and yoga therapy training. Her instruction reflects the synthesis of all she has learned from these practices of inner awareness and conscious physical alignment and powerful heart-centered, meditative aspects of Kripalu Yoga.
