Everyone is so excited for the expanded schedule beginning in August as Fitness and Dance classes are added to the schedule of current Martial Arts classes!

6:30-7:30 Adult Self Defense
Fridays
4-5pm Mixed age Hip Hop
5-6pm Youth Grappling
6:30-7:30 Adult Self Defense
7:30-8:30 Mom's Cardio Dance
Saturdays
9-10am Kids Hip Hop
10-11am Teen Hip Hop
11am-12pm Musical Theater/Jazz
12-1pm Flexibility and Conditioning for Dancers
1-2pm Advanced Contemporary (ages 14+ or instructor approval)
2-3pm Hip Hop Master Class (ages 14+ or instructor approval)
3pm-4pm Cardio Dance
