Since 1996, Mark Lawson, our Equipment Manager for Golf Course Maintenance, has been the driving force behind keeping our operation running smoothly, always stepping up, solving problems, and supporting his teammates with a smile. From his first day, Mark had one goal in mind - "I'm going to retire here."

When Mark first joined the Club, Scottsdale looked a lot different, technology was worlds apart, and DC Ranch was beginning its journey. Three decades later, his loyalty, hard work, humor, and signature question- "Need a hug?” have made a lasting impact on our Club and everyone who has had the pleasure of working alongside him.
