Great stationary ball handling drill with a time component‼️

✔️20 sec one dribble cross
✔️20 sec one dribble between the legs
✔️20 sec one dribble behind the back

Combine your totals at the end of 1minute.

They do this drill at the Pre Draft camp and players must get above 100 by the end of camp‼️

As a smaller guard you have to be able to knock down open and contested shots consistently. It creates more opportunities for you and teammates‼️ is a good one to watch🙌
