🤷🏻‍♀️ Which picture shows a “healthy” individual?? ....
😇 We all have our own journey... even though the majority of what I do is weight loss transformations, what I really value is the ability to create healthy individuals and manipulate the physique along the way! This includes the ability to handle myself in the same manner as I would you!! ....
🙋🏻‍♀️ These two pictures are right around a year apart.......
😳 In the first picture I’m sitting at 90lb... completely unintentional, as that was easily the worst time of my life and I was struggling with food. At that point when I looked in the mirror I was devastated and felt like I was borderline to the point of hospitalization. Not sure why I was still smiling! 🤣 I genuinely felt at that time that my body was shutting down and dying no matter how hard I tried to keep going. Even at that, I definitely had people telling me how good I looked! ....
🥰 In the second picture... taken today 🤗... I’m sitting at 107 and feeling a world away from that other me! My health and happiness are in check and I feel like me again! 🥳....
🤷🏻‍♀️ So, what does “healthy” look like to you?? Do you understand what you need to do inside and out to manage your health and physique together?? As with everything in life, knowledge and personal awareness are the key! Look at where you want to be and make a plan to get there!! If you need help, ask! 💛

😇❤️🥰 So thankful and blessed to have my own gym where I can still get my training in. Definitely sympathizing with everyone missing their gym training... make sure you continue to do what you can... something is always better than nothing!! Can’t wait for normalcy!! 😬😔

🏀 You can of course do this any way you want, but we have a points system based on which basket you make less number of tries to get it! If you don’t have a second floor, clear a room and do bounce across to make the baskets... use anything around your house! 🤗😇
