rl rack with multiple weights from 30lbs to 110lbs, a full dumbbell rack with weights ranging from 5 lbs. to 125 lbs., an Olympic squat rack, Rubber plates, Bumper plates, a Smith Machine and Olympic barbells. Our locker rooms feature steam rooms as well as day lockers and showers that are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The facility is open 24 hours.
