👙Unstoppable!
Riding this turbulent 🌊 into 10-12 weeks post competition reverse.
As a 61 years young athlete, I am targeting 2-4 competitions while body fat is low since it is taking daily arduous work, strict dieting, and other extreme measures. My goal is to compete. My long term aim is to reverse to maintenance so I enjoy longevity in this aesthetic sport.
Getting after it every day and LOVING the process.
