🏈 **FREE CO-ED FLAG FOOTBALL CLINIC!** 🏈

Join us on **Sunday, August 23, from 9:00–10:00 a.m.** at the **Valley of the Sun J in North Scottsdale** for a fun and energetic flag football clinic!

This free clinic is open to boys and girls in **1st–8th grade**. Participants will work on football fundamentals, movement skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a positive and welcoming environment.

Come have some fun, meet our coaches, explore our program, and experience what our community is all about!

Pickleball skills & drills (footwork, shots, movement)
Fitness training (cardio, agility, balance, strength and conditioning)

Pickleball Fit & Flow” combines fitness, skill-building, and injury prevention in a way that regular play usually doesn’t.
