Too busy to get to the gym...here are a few things to try at home...

So who wants to join me on this challenge? I would love to get a group of friends together to do this with me. There is an app that comes with the challenge and we can all communicate about questions, challenges, meal ideas and more using the app and really help each other out. I would like to start the challenge June 6th. I have done it before on my own, but I would love to be able to do it with a group this time.
