Lesson 5 ➡️ Lesson 35 ✨
Same person. Same side view. A whole lot more lift, length and ease.
At Lesson 5, his posture shows a forward shift through the pelvis, with the upper body sitting slightly behind it and the head carried forward.
By Lesson 35, you can see a much clearer sense of upright alignment and support. His pelvis sits more underneath his torso, his rib cage is better stacked over his hips, his shoulders look more relaxed, and his head sits more naturally over his body.
The result? A stronger, more connected vertical line from his feet all the way through the top of his head. 🙌
This is one of my favorite things about Classical Pilates. We’re not simply telling someone to “stand up straight.” We’re teaching the body how to find support, lift and two-way stretch so better posture can develop naturally over time.
Thirty lessons apart, and the change is about more than how he looks. It’s about how he carries himself — and how he feels in his body.
👏 Lesson 5 vs. Lesson 35
