I feel like a get a little more information to share every day.

Muscle & Fitness HERS has showcased the extraordinary champions of the world’s largest fitness competition every year since 2017.

If votes are purchased your money is given to the B+ Organization that funds Children Cancer Research.

The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation honors the memory of Andrew, a 14-year-old athlete and ‘A’ student from Wilmington, Delaware.

January 27, 2007, Andrew helped lead his team to victory in a Pennsylvania state championship soccer tournament. Within 48 hours, he was in cardiac arrest. The diagnosis was AML Leukemia. The prognosis was grim. Doctors didn’t expect Andrew to live through the night. Amazingly, Andrew fought for 167 days before going to Heaven on July 14, 2007.

Andrew’s B+ blood type became the perfect message — BE POSITIVE — to reflect how he lived and inspired others to do the same.

Andrew inspired thousands to B+ throughout his illness and “Live Like Andrew.”
It is in Andrew’s honor that The B+ Foundation was formed, with the goals to provide financial help to families of children with cancer, to support childhood cancer research, to advocate for more funding, and to spread The B+ message: “It’s not a grade. It’s an attitude.”

My life journey has been dedicated toward health and fitness and I'd love the opportunity to have a platform like Womens Health to speak from.

I’m so blessed to be able to connect incredible people on a daily basis.

These two gentleman have so much in common, they both dedicated their lives taking care of people, (Breast Surgeon-Oncology and Anesthiologist) exercise is a part of their lives, they are both over 80yrs old (83 and 88) and last but not least, they graduated from the same medical school ( Univ of Mich).

The biggest blessing of all is that we are teaming up together to help make a difference in how (Dr.’s and Patients) perceive the overall benefits of exercise.

These men are living proof, they look at least 15 years younger than the are.
