At Crossfit Chaparral you never walk alone on your fitness journey. Now you can invite your family and friends to join you as you strive to reach your goals.

Invite your friends, co-workers, or family to come to Crossfit with you. They can come to try out the gym for free for two weeks. That's right, two weeks of CrossFit totally free. If they are new to Crossfit don't worry we will tailor the workouts for them. Not only that but if they sign up, both of you will receive a 10% discount on our unlimited membership, it's just that easy.

For the past 13 years, Crossfit HQ has challenged its athletes with a gantlet of workouts. The Open tests us to see what our strengths and weakness are when it comes to our fitness. It's a great way to reset new goals and push yourself to the brink as you try to get a higher place on the Crossfit Games international leaderboard.

The Open is February 16th-March 6th. Every Friday during the open Crossfit Chaparral will be programming the Open Workouts. We will start and finish the Open with Friday Night Lights. At Friday Night lights we will have heats for each athlete, drinks, and snacks as we push ourselves throughout the workout. Sign up at https://games.crossfit.com/open.
