Jozsef Major - MajorTri Coaching About MajorTri Coaching I am Jozsef Major, internationally recognized triathlete. My specialty is Ironman-distance events.

I'm a seven-time Hungarian Ironman Champion, Champion of Ironman Arizona, and Champion of ElbaMan, Italy. Throughout my 25-year career as an athlete I successfully competed in countless running, duathlon and triathlon events both domestically and abroad. I believe the time is here that I shared my experiences, knowledge and training methods with others. It is a fascinating experience for me to des

ign, aid and participate in other athletes' training and preparations as an active competitor and to see how differently they process the same set of circumstances and challenges. Besides the thorough and comprehensive personal training regimen it is crucial to carefully construct an optimal yearly race schedule, plan a healthy nutritional routine, build motivation and maintain a strong physical and mental state. Since triathlon is a complex sport, the flow and routine of each individual race has to be carefully planned. Transition, nutrition, and fluid intake can, all, be deciding factors in your race. Using all the extensive racing experience and knowledge, along with my fine-tuned, well-structured training methods I will create the optimal regimen foryou to succeed at your races and live the full triathlete lifestyle.

8-time Ironman-distance champion Jozsef Major was relaxing this week at Dig Me Beach in his new Velocity-M speedsuit. Jozsef is a balanced swimmer and biker, who can unleash a sub 2:50 marathon here in Kona. From Hungary, Jozsef trains in the Arizona heat and is coached by Sergio Borges.

NAGYATÁD ÖRÖKÖS BAJNOKA
Bátran mondhatom hogy mai vendégem Nagyatád Örökös Bajnoka. Major József ugyanis hét éven keresztül 2005 és 2011 között legyőzhetetlen volt a hosszútávú magyar bajnokságokon. A magyar sikerek mellé pedig kíváló nemzetközi eredmények is kísérik a több mint 60 ironmant is teljesítő karrierjét. Többször járt KONÁN a profi mezőnyben, sokszor állt a dobogón, vagy a top 10-es eredménnyel ért célba. Joe több mint 10 éve az USÁBAN él, s ugyan most már nem versenyez volt miről beszélnünk. Jöjjön Joe, aki egész életében elő re nézett és ment, aki szerint a futás mindig nehéz az IRONMAN végén, és aki szerint mindig keményen kell dolgozni.
