Zach Thompson is a native of Winnipeg, Canada. He first came to the United States to attend college and quickly discovered his passion for competitive athletics. From 2004 to 2008, he played on the varsity golf teams of the University of Portland and Scottsdale Community College, and from 2008-2012 competed at the amateur and professional levels in tournaments across North America. While competing

, he completed his studies, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications from Nevada State University. Through his rigorous golf training, Zach developed a deep appreciation for the importance of fitness and nutrition, “Playing competitive golf has given me unique insight into what the body needs if it is to perform at a high level. I know from experience what you need to put yourself through in order to achieve your goals.”
Since 2004, Zach has undergone a number of surgeries to repair injuries to his back and ankle. He has learned to live with chronic pain and learned firsthand the affect that it can have on the body and mind. His experience is living proof that training is essential for individuals recovering from injuries, “I honestly do not know where I would be right now without the guidance of my trainers after my surgeries. They taught me how important it is for people with chronic pain not just to train but to train smartly. They taught me that taking care of yourself is a full-time job.”
While working with some of the top personal trainers in the country and advising younger golfers about their fitness regimens, Zach has developed a passion for helping others to achieve their performance goals, “I learned while training for golf and after my surgeries that everything starts with the core. Having a strong core allows you to make the rest of your body stronger.”

This is a example of hard work, dedication and mostly wanting to make a life change. Chuck has earned this big transformation and nothing is going to stop him from continuing on his path!!
