Like everyone said in yesterday's poll diet is always the biggest challenge so I wanted to share my top 3 tips to help stay on track.

1. Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages especially with your meals. This will help keep you full.

2. You need to still enjoy your favorite foods. But buy a small portion version of your treat. You are satisfying your craving and keeping your sanity these will help prevent you from binging out later. Moderation is key!

3. Eat serval smaller meals throughout the day and never miss a meal. This will help you control your appetite and weight and keep your metabolism running. Your body is a machine it needs fuel.
