🙌🏻Rob is amazing at teaching kids how to strengthen their bodies properly from a young age in order to enhance their sports performance. This young man came in for the first time and will be coming in twice a week. His goals are to improve at flag football and he’s on the right track and chose the perfect coach for the job.
