🙌🏻Rob is amazing at teaching kids how to strengthen their bodies properly from a young age in order to enhance their sports performance. This young man came in for the first time and will be coming in twice a week. His goals are to improve at flag football and he’s on the right track and chose the perfect coach for the job. Coach G—we appreciate you for sharing your knowledge and passion with those who are serious about achieving their goals.

Rob has taught me to pause then FOCUS on the muscle I want to strengthen instead of just going through the motions. Applying this simple tip has helped me get in tune with the muscle in question that I’m trying build and what do you know…my triceps are finally popping through 💪 💯 It’s the little things that make a big difference.
