We would like to congratulate the following World Taekwondo Center members who competed and medaled at this past week’s AAU National Championship in Las Vegas:
Ian Kim - silver in individual traditional poomsae
Naomi Oh - bronze in individual sport poomsae
Naomi Oh and Issac In - bronze in pairs sport poomsae
Master Janice - bronze in individual sport poomsae and weapons
Naomi, Issac, and Ian were in very competitive divisions with several athletes, which makes their accomplishments all the more impressive! Let’s get out on the mat!

We congratulate Master Jae Won Lee and the rest of the World Taekwondo Demo Team for their amazing performance on America’s Got Talent. We are so honored that Master Lee visited our school awhile back. He is seated two people to the right of Grandmaster Kim below.

Great job, Valentina. Our black belts are practicing breaking techniques. For now they are using mock boards but for demos and testing they will use wood.

The students in our Beginners Class are just terrific. Can you state the principles of taekwondo? Courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. These principles can be applied to other parts of life.
