When wifey makes a recommendation for a fitness program, I was skeptical about it but I have it a try and I'm hooked. There's classes for both men and women. It's a very friendly and impactful experience. The member and coaches are very warm in their reception of all members.
These coaches are also very professional in their work. Kudos to coach Richard, coach Terry, and fitness trainer extraordinaire AKA owner , Dawnylle.
I'll highly recommend it for anyone around Happy valley, carefree, black canyon city, Anthem, and Rose garden area.

DR. Lee’s Educational Foundation!

In 2019, though a fitness event called “STEP IT UP NAIJA”. Where we provided some school supplies and lunch for the entire school students. We also were able to provide some financial assistance to the teaching staffs while they patiently for their monthly salary which is inconsistent. This experience gave birth to our next project this years 2021.

YOU GUYS made 2019 happen and today we are asking for your generosity again for our next mission. We will be in Yola, Adamawa State of Nigeria. Here’s our Goal:
✅ 250 Backpacks for 250 students
✅Note Books / stationaries for 250 students
✅Post Christmas party with mean/ entertainment where we hand the backpacks to the students.
✅Establish A scholarship program for 2 scholars to college.
