THE ATHLETIC CLUB GAMES ARE COMING🔥

Get ready for the ultimate finale to our annual Sweaters to Swimsuits challenge! You’ll spend months building strength, let’s put it to the test. Join us for the inaugural Athletic Club Games!

Spots are filling up fast, and we only have a couple of weeks left to register your team!

When: Challenge runs April 1 – June 19 | Games take place June 20th (AM)!

How it Works: 50% of your rank is completing the Sweaters to Swimsuits challenge (45 workouts in 80 days), and 50% is you and your partner’s speed in the final showdown!

No Partner? No problem! We’ll pair you with a teammate.

The Games Lineup (Partner Workout):

-1 Teammate 100yd Sandbag Lunges (Club to Salon & back) – Knee touch required (W: 30lb/M: 40lb)

-200 Partner Pulse Squats + 1 Lap Run: 1 person starts the pulsing squats and the other runs lap, when they get back they help finish the squats (W: 20lb DB/M: 40lb DB)

-1 Teammate 20 Bicep Curls (W: 15lb/M: 25lb)

- 1 Teammate Farmer’s Carry around the building the other teammate comes along to cheer them on! (W: 50lb/M: 100lb)

-100 Partner Pushups + 1 Lap Run: 1 teammate takes off for the lap while the other starts chipping away at the 100 pushups- when the runner returns they help get to 100!

- 1 Teammate 20 Sit-ups (Partner holds feet)

- 1 Teammate 30 Calorie Assault Bike

- Double Lap Plank Hold (1 Partner planks while other runs 2 laps)

At the club everyone walks through the doors carrying something a little different.

For some people it might be the best season of their life. For others it might be a really hard one. And most of the time you’d never know just by looking around the room. That’s one of the things that makes this place special to us. People showing up for themselves, but also showing up for each other. Celebrating the wins, getting through the tough days, and of course pushing through these spicy workout outs together!!
