Planning a wedding shouldn’t feel like a second job. 💍

As a Scottsdale wedding venue that’s hosted every kind of celebration, we’ve noticed the couples who feel the calmest on their wedding day all do a few things the same way. Here’s what we tell every couple who tours Talking Stick Golf Club:

01 — Lock your details early. Final menu, guest count, and dietary needs get locked in early — so nothing’s rushed at the end.

02 — Do your tasting with intention. Tastings happen 3–4 months before your big day, giving you time to decide without pressure.

03 — Ask what’s not included. We tell you upfront what we do and don’t allow, so nothing surprises you later.

Can you bring your own caterer? Nope — our in-house culinary team handles it all, minus the cake.

Will the golf course be a distraction? Not even a little. Stanchions and signage keep your ceremony private.

Do you need your own coordinator? Yes — a licensed day-of coordinator is required, and it makes the whole day easier.
