After taking an 8 month hiatus from my fitness training, I am ecstatic to announce my Total Body Strength Program is ready for you!💪🏼🏃🏻♀️🏋️🥳

My husband & I are expecting our first baby boy September 24th! We are feeling all of the emotions right now!💙
We moved closer to family in June and are finishing our house in Central City!🏡 I am the general contractor LOL so that has been fun?😅 We will see if it ever gets done!
My background is in Exercise Science and I also hold a Master’s Degree in Teaching.
I am a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My absolute favorite thing in life is coaching others to be their best and showing what they are capable of! Instilling confidence in people is something I strive to do with everyone I work with!
I am an introvert at heart but also love to lead & motivate. (I am ultra competitive) Sometimes I think I spend more time coming up with the pre-game speech than I do with the actual game plan!🤷🏻♀️🤣
The last 5 months of this pregnancy, exercise has absolutely saved me! For the first three months, I was soooo worried about everything. As a result, I felt terrible and just not like myself. If you are currently there, I totally understand how you feel! It can be such a difficult time but hang in there and find your support system💗
I genuinely LOVE exercise! I think it’s because I have such good memories associated with it from a young age - from doing Billy Blanks Tae Bo with my dad when I was 4 years old🤣, racing my brothers and playing every sport imaginable!
Finding joy in cooking has been the most important factor in my health journey and has absolutely transformed the way I approach my diet. 🥦🥒🥕
