Alex Dale is a positive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable coach who has trained athletes of all levels and ages. He has a variety of styles from basic skills, moderate drills and high intensity strength and conditioning. He has a passion for beach volleyball and wants to help you improve your game. Whether you want to learn basics, improve your technique or play for fun, he has a clinic for you!

Hello Phoenix! I’m Alex Dale, the volleyball coach and guru behind Prizm Beach. My 17+ years of experience on the courts and degree in kinesiology will help you fine tune your skills, movements and timing to elevate your gameplay.
