If high maintenance means we need actual lines, a REAL ball (no replicas here 🙂‍↔️), sand we can actually dive in, maybe some antennas, sprinklers to cool the sand down, a speaker, a net that’s tight on the top and bottom… then yeah, maybe we’re a little high maintenance! 😏

Lucky for all us volleyball players, we’ve got all that at Phoenix Beach!

Here’s the tournament details you really need to know though 👇🏼

If you haven’t played Hook, you’re going to want to join in the chaos! Teams of 5, playing 4s. EVERY PLAY someone gets hooked! What is a hook? If you mess up and cause your team to lose a point, you take a seat on your teams bench! Whether it’s a missed block, doubled set, shanked pass, serve into the net, etc.! If you get hooked, that’s your queue to hydrate with your beverage of choice! Also, when the game is completed, finish your drink (this is another wild extra rule)! Teams will consist of 5 players, 2 girls minimum. Team fee is $150 ($30 per player). Everyone will get one adult beverage with their entry fee.

⏰ Check in 6PM | play begins as soon as we have 4 full teams on site.
🔀 3 rounds of pool play followed by a double elimination bracket!

HOOK 🤝 ACE 🔥

Getting crazy for America’s 250th birthday by combining two favorites: hook and ace! It’s basically hook, but we’re adding drinking to it. Here’s how it works 👇🏼

You have a team of 5 (minimum, you can have more), but only 4 play at once. Someone makes a mistake, they exit the court and drink 🍺🥤 and the other teammate comes on to play. Games are played to 21, so try not to make too many mistakes. 😏

Has this been done before?! We’re not sure, but you can drink whatever you want (beer, water, seltzers, rumple minze, Powerade, etc.). We’ll provide a couple rounds of drinks for each team to get the party started! $30/player. Start forming your squads now, we’ll have the event posted on our website soon for everyone to sign up.

Make sure to send/share this so we can fill up. We’re just a little over two weeks away! 😳

Pretty sure winning the Thursday league three times means that’s a dynasty! 🏆🏆🏆

This team *clearly* has the passion, energy, and skill, so who’s gonna stop them this next session?? We started up tonight, and we wait to see who will rise over the next couple months. 😏
