Dear Exhibitors,
The 2027 Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show DRAFT Schedule is here — and we want to hear from YOU! 🎉
We are excited to welcome you back to WestWorld of Scottsdale, February 11–21, 2027, for another incredible Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show!
The Scheduling Committee has released the DRAFT 2027 Show Schedule for exhibitor review and feedback. Please remember: this is a DRAFT schedule and is not yet final.
📣 YOUR FEEDBACK HAS HELPED SHAPE THIS SCHEDULE
Over the past several years, we have received thousands of responses, comments, and suggestions from our exhibitors. The Scheduling Committee has spent considerable time reviewing and considering that feedback.
We listened! And because of your feedback, the 2027 schedule will look a little different.
You may notice:
Classes on different days
Changes in class order
Adjustments between arenas
Other modifications throughout the show
These changes are intended to create a more efficient schedule and an even better overall experience for our horses and exhibitors.
🔎 PLEASE REVIEW THE ENTIRE SCHEDULE
Because many of the changes are interconnected, we strongly encourage you to review the entire draft schedule before submitting your feedback.
If you identify a potential scheduling conflict, please tell us not only what the conflict is, but also where you believe the class could be moved.
Your suggested solutions are incredibly helpful to the Scheduling Committee as we evaluate potential changes and consider their impact on other classes, arenas, and disciplines.
🌟 The West Coast Sport Horse Championships will once again be an exciting part of Scottsdale, and we look forward to continuing to grow and build upon this championship program in 2027!
