Prizm Beach Volleyball Coach Alex Dale is a positive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable coach who trains athletes of all levels! He has a degree from Arizona State University in Kinesiology.

Throughout the years Coach Alex Dale has had the opportunity to train athletes of all levels and ages. Alex Dale has lived in Huntington Beach, CA and is an AVP qualifier who wants to bring his knowledge and skills to you! He provides tips for conditioning and strength and sport specific workouts.
