🪷 Knowing yourself is powerful. 🪷

BUT… there comes a point when awareness alone isn’t enough. You can recognize the pattern… Understand where it came from… Know the boundary you need to set…. Know what you want to change…

AND still find yourself living the same way.

That space between knowing and living, is where I believe some of our most meaningful work happens. Deeper understanding, more self-trust, and the ability to actually move with what you know.

So I’ll leave you with the question I started with:

What is standing between what you know and how you are actually living?

Turns out sourdough and personal growth have a lot in common... neither likes to be rushed. 😅

Here’s to new hobbies, fresh starts, making mistakes, “failing” in safe spaces… AND photobombing children + being okay with learning as we go. Whew…🫶

➡️ Also accepting recommendations for a better bread knife.

Pizza inclusion loaf, topped with garlic herb butter, and served with a chicken Caesar salad, (I have the best homemade dressing 🙌).

➡️ I should have listened to my instincts and left it in the oven for another 5–10 minutes covered, but I was hangry and impatient. 😂😭 Regardless, the flavor was 10/10.

And yes, my hair is down... Yes, I used my fingers... No, I didn’t make the sauce from scratch (I want to next time)...

What could happen if you whispered “hallelujah” over all of your challenges? Not because challenges are easy… Not because pain, and uncertainty are fun… but because they become the doorway to the version of you that couldn’t have existed without them.

✨ One of the biggest misconceptions is that the people who guide others have somehow “arrived.”✨

I’m still journeying too. I am still evolving and discovering! Like you I am still meeting familiar truths in new seasons, with new perspectives. That is the beauty of being human!

It’s feeling and being…. Holding what once was while embracing what now is. It is a dance with duality… The art of being human. And I will continue to keep growing… and dancing with duality!

I also don’t believe your guide needs to have all the answers. I believe the best guides trust that you already carry the wisdom you need. Their role isn’t to give you every answer... It’s to help you remember the ones you’ve forgotten.

Sometimes growth isn’t about learning something new; sometimes it is about returning to a truth you’ve always known... and discovering it from a place you’ve never stood before.

✨ The S.O.U.L. + Heart Method 🤍

This integrative approach revealed itself to me after a few years of coaching incredible individuals, witnessing my own growth, and asking a simple question:

Why do some people experience lasting transformation while others, despite being incredibly self-aware, continue to feel stuck?

What I discovered is that awareness is essential, but awareness alone isn’t enough. We can recognize our patterns, understand where they came from, and even know exactly what we “should” do... yet still find ourselves repeating the same cycles.

This is why I felt so passionate about bringing in hypnotherapy and working within the subconscious mind. So much depth from my own healing journey was navigated by shifting deep subconscious thoughts. And, more than “just” all this… Real transformation happens when insight is integrated; when your mind, body, soul, spirit, and heart begin working together.

AND if I could tell you one thing while holding your hands…
Transformation isn’t passive. It asks something of you, too. This approach creates the space, but YOUR willingness creates the change.

My hope isn’t simply to help you understand yourself better. It’s to help you trust yourself more deeply, choose your path with greater intention, and live more fully as the person you were created to be.

🦋 What if your next breakthrough isn’t waiting for you to try harder… or do MORE? Perhaps your next breakthrough is patiently waiting for you to understand yourself better. To allow yourself to BE where you are, while remaining open to receiving more. 🦋

You can’t change what you only judge, BUT you can change what you begin to understand.

There was a time when I thought if I could just “try harder,” I’d finally feel different. Honestly, I still have those very human moments, coupled with the more recent thought, “Just do more.”

Do you want to know what feels true?

Those thoughts and ways of being are exhausting. They pull me away from my creativity, my inner flow, and my peace. They pull me further from being present in my life as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.

Judging ourselves only takes us further away from our authentic essence.

What I’ve learned, both personally and professionally after years of working with clients, is that lasting change rarely comes from trying harder. Real change begins with openness, curiosity and a willingness to understand yourself differently.

The patterns and beliefs that once helped you survive can quietly become the very things keeping you stuck. That’s why my work goes beyond traditional coaching. Through mindset coaching and hypnotherapy, I help people understand themselves differently, because understanding creates choice, and choice creates change.

Just yesterday, a client shared how thankful they were that I guided them into a deeper space of healing and openness. They told me our work together felt like a bridge: I guided the way, and they took the steps.

Over the last six years, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with women through many different seasons of life. I want you to know that I don’t believe your growth comes from someone fixing you, changing you, or having the answers for you. Private Float & Retreat Testimonials + A Little Life Update

🤍 My 1:1 Coaching & Hypnotherapy clients continue to remind me why I do this work… and I am growing personally and professionally in ways I once only dreamed and prayed for.

And then there are the private floats… ✨ Wow!!! Every private float, retreat, and gathering feels unique, sacred, personal, and honestly hard to even put into words. Watching people soften, reconnect to themselves, cry, laugh, release, breathe, and feel supported in these spaces has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

AND… I want to be candid here…

None of this came without tears, loneliness, frustration, fear, uncertainty, and grit. None of this came without surrender and cultivating stillness. None of this came without moments of wanting to quit, move to the mountains, sit on a quiet deck in the woods and drink coffee… ALONE 😂 Hey, this is my first time being an entrepreneur 😉

This season has stretched me in ways I never expected.

✨ I’ve had to learn deeper discernment.
✨ I’ve had to protect my energy in a whole new way.
✨ I’ve had to release friendships and connections I genuinely loved.
✨ I had to hold the vision… see it over and over.
… I’m still learning and this one is hard for me… but I have had to learn to allow people to misunderstand me, misunderstand my heart, my purpose, or my intentions…

To allow people to leave. ✌🏼
To allow people not to like me. 🤍 & ✌🏼
And most importantly, to not abandon myself because of it.

I am only one human being… God has my hand and I have a husband that supports me 100%. I feel more aligned than ever before. 🙏✨
