EVENT DETAILS

Format:
Register as an individual - RX or Scaled. Workout as a co-ed team, selected by random draw. As a team, you will perform (four) five minute AMRAPs with five minutes of rest between each.

Not Ready for Competition? We Still Need You!
We’re looking for volunteers to help out with check-in, judging, and helping facilitate various tasks.

Schedule:
7:00a Doors open / Check-in
8:00a Welcome/ Partner selection
8:15a Partner warm up
9:00a Heat 1 start - subsequent heats will run every 10 minutes

Family and friends are welcome. Proceeds used to maintain and enhance the gym’s equipment and facilities. See you there!

Happy New Year Fortified Fam!

Get ready for Frost Fit Frenzy ‘26. Frost Fit is our in-house competition on Saturday, January 10th, at 10 AM. Four, five minute workouts testing the work we’ve put in since last year.

Workouts will be announced THIS weekend. Stay tuned!

🚨As you may know, we are holding Fortified Kids this Saturday from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM 🚨. The class is coached by and focuses on acceleration, power, and the basics of weight training!
