We’re all about making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone! We are a family owned and run business located in downtown Scotts Valley. We have something for everyone; men, women, and children. We offer several membership amenities including: free childcare, full service bathrooms, WiFi,

flat screen TV's, a separate level for cardio, and a cross-training area. We have the best rates in town and we are open 365 days a year with extended hours. All memberships include a complimentary fitness consultation/evaluation to build a custom fit workout routine for you and your body.

Shoutout to long time member .mengo for stepping on the Ultra Nationals stage over the weekend!

This prep took a lot of hard work and dedication. Between owning multiple businesses, being a father and devoted partner, he took it all on and pushed through. We got some big PRs during this prep and finished out the meet with a 556.5lb deadlift.

hopes to bring more athletes to the stage to show out their potential.
