⚽ THE FIRST TEAM | Project Legacy Spotlight

In 1990, a small group of students, some new uniforms, and a whole lot of heart came together to form the very first TVCS soccer team.

No stadium lights. No field. No fancy gear. Just passion, prayer, and a belief that something special was starting.

That season sparked a legacy — one that would shape dozens of athletes over the next three decades.

CHAMPIONS ARE MADE WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING

Anyone can show up for practice. Anyone can go through the motions. But very few are willing to do the work that no one else sees—the grind that builds the strength, speed, and stamina that separates the good from the great. That is why we have begun implementing off-season Strength and Conditioning.

This program isn’t just a suggestion. It’s your blueprint to become the athlete you say you want to be.

⚡ 3-4 sessions a week. (1x a week won’t make a difference)
🏋️‍♂️ Done right. Done consistently.
👊 With teammates or alone—it doesn’t matter, as long as you get it done.

Ask yourself:
➡️ Are you training to be average, or are you preparing to dominate the game?
➡️ Will you show up in August surprised by the pace—or will you be the pace?

You can't fake strength. You can't fake conditioning. And when the game is on the line, it shows who did the work.

So let's raise the standard. Track your workouts. Push each other. Hold each other accountable.

This spring and summer, let’s outwork every team in the state. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just champions in the making.
