Friends of Lake Scott State Park

Friends of Lake Scott State Park Friends of Scott Lake We are a gathering of people who work together to support the park in many ways. Members can be as active as their schedules permits.

In 2009 a group of individuals interested in the successful future of Scott Lake State Park formed this Friends Group to help in the development of improvements to assist in the parks growth and success. By volunteering time, skills and equipment in various work projects and fundraising for the betterment of Scott Lake State Park. Members come from all walks of life and this diversity helps the group fulfill its mission. Except for the annual membership dues (@ this time $15 per member) there are no requirements. Each individual can contribute mentally, physically and/or financially as their situation will allow. Our meeting are on the second (2nd) Wednesday of the Month. October-March we meet at 6pm at the Scott County Library. April -September we meet at 7pm at the BeachHouse. Please join us...
