It saddens me to say but following my last surgery, I will no longer be able to participate in martial arts as I have for almost 30 years. As such, Eric and I will be shutting down our school that we've ran together for the last 15 years. I will bow out my last class next Wednesday the 26th. I'm proud of all the students Eric and I have touched over the years and hope that those who still have the passion will join Eric at the Peak Performance Training Center in Cape. Thanks to everyone who supported us over my career and all the opportunities that it has brought. If you are a former student I hope you can stop by one more time next week.

Parents/Students -

We've opted to not continue with our Friday classes due to low attendance. If and when things get crowded during the week, we'll offer them again. If you need to make up some time or need extra assistance outside of the regular Monday/Wednesday class, let me or Mr. Eric know and we'll set up a session.
