Milestone Monday.

Big time consistency on display:

Mike D. - 700 club
Tim S. - 500 club
Rob P. - 100 club

700 sessions is years of showing up.
500 is locked-in consistency.
100 is where it becomes a habit.

Different numbers, same standard. Show up ready to work, even on the days it’s not convenient.

It’s funny what happens when you actually show up and put in the effort consistently…

You get stronger.
You move better.
You feel better.
You build muscle.
You boost your metabolism.
You reduce your risk of injury.
You start doing things that used to feel “hard” without thinking twice.

Weird how that works.

We kicked off a new week of workouts and everyone was dialed in. Week 1 is all about locking in technique, dialing back the ego a bit, and building a solid foundation. From there, we gradually turn things up and let the progress stack.

This is going to be a fun training block for May.

Double Trouble in the 400 Club 💥💥

This week we’re celebrating a two-for-one milestone at the gym.

Mary and Robin have officially joined the 400 Club.

If you’ve ever trained in the 5:45am crew, you know exactly what kind of energy these two bring. Always smiling, always positive, and usually up to some kind of silly antics that make the early mornings a lot more fun.

But behind all the laughs is a lot of hard work. They show up, put in the effort during both strength and conditioning sessions, and keep the whole group moving with their great attitudes.

Four hundred workouts is the result of a lot of early alarms, a lot of effort, and a commitment to keep showing up.

Mary and Robin help make the gym a better place every morning.

The Movements That Matter Most

Good training isn’t built around random exercises.

It’s built around movement patterns.

Throughout the week at the gym you’ll see these patterns show up again and again in different forms:

Squat
Building lower body strength and stability.

Hinge
Training the posterior chain with movements like deadlifts and RDL variations.

Press
Developing upper body strength and pushing power.

Pull
Strengthening the back and balancing out pressing movements.

Carry
Building grip strength, core stability, and total body control.

Step / Lunge
Training the lower body one leg at a time to build balance and coordination.

The exercises may change.

But the movement patterns stay consistent.

That structure keeps training balanced, helps prevent overuse, and allows people to keep progressing over time.

Not random workouts.

Just the movements that matter most, done consistently week after week.

500 Club 🚨

Erin has officially joined the 500 Club!

She hit 400 sessions on October 30th and reached 500 on April 8th. That’s 100 sessions in 160 days… but when you take out Sundays, holidays, a couple blizzard shutdowns, and days the gym was closed, it’s really closer to about 130 training days.

That’s not just showing up.
That’s someone on a mission.

Erin is a consistent face in the 9am crew, and when she can, she sprinkles in some Saturday sessions too. Strength days, conditioning days, doesn’t matter… she shows up ready to work and keeps stacking session after session.

Blast From the Past 🔥

Every once in a while it’s fun to dig into the old Two Wolves playbook.

Today’s workout was one of those sessions. Pulled out a classic, made a couple tweaks, added a last-minute change… and it turned into absolute fire.

Heart rates were climbing, calories were getting burned, and muscles were feeling it by the end. Exactly the kind of session that reminds you why showing up and putting in the work always pays off.

Great effort from everyone today. Awesome crew bringing the energy from start to finish.

Enjoy the weekend and we’ll get back after it next week. 💪
