Grades 1-4
In-Town Scituate SC Spring Soccer
Games are played at Scituate High School on Saturday mornings April-June. For grades 1-2, there will be a clinic immediately followed by a game. For grades 3-4, there will be a midweek clinic with Saturday games. Prior to the season, uniforms will be distributed by your team's coach for each player. We do not accept requests for team placement.
Depending on your child’s birth year, there may be two programs available. Please only register your child for the grade-appropriate program.
In Town Grades 1-4 Registration Deadlines:
Regular registration: $140 through December 31, 2025
Late registration/Waitlist: $165 Jan 1- January 31, 2025
Cancellations on/after January 1, 2025 will incur a $50 administration fee.
Grades 5-8
Travel Scituate SC Spring Soccer
Divisions: Girls 5-6, Boys 5-6, Girls 7-8, Boys 7-8
Games are generally played on Saturday either home in Scituate or away in other towns within the Coastal Youth Soccer League. There will be at least one divisional practice each week.
If you are not sure if you’ve already registered, log into the Scituate SC website and look at the player(s) in your account. If there is a program listed below the player’s name, that player is registered for that program. Depending on your child’s birth year, there may be two programs available. Please only register your child for the grade-appropriate program.
We will be locked into a set number of teams with our league, Coastal Youth Soccer (CYSL) before the end of January. Once the number of teams is set, the total number of players will be limited based on league rules and practical considerations for our volunteer coaches. If you do not already have a Scituate SC uniform and number, the number will be provided to you along with kit ordering instructions through We Got Soccer.

Volunteers Needed!
As the Club is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit, we rely on the help of parents, caregivers and family members to support a successful program. We need the help of volunteers of all abilities and skill sets. To support the number of teams and facilitate our clinics and training sessions, especially for our in-town program, we need registered coaches and volunteers. For the younger ages, we need multiple coaches on the sideline to facilitate team and game management.
Training and resources will be provided to coaches before the season. It is required for coaches and volunteers to to receive a CORI check specific to SSC and to take online training. Please consider volunteering to coach a team or help with clinics/training sessions. If you have questions on other ways to help within the organization, please reach out.
