Mid-morning fuel after stretch client=ready for my workout. 2 sandwich rounds (Costco) + 1 egg+1 egg white=22 grams of protein. Morning 8:00 am breakfast was chia seed pudding with scoop of plant based protein (prepped on Tuesday) + tablespoon of pistachios + tablespoon of peanut butter = 32 grams of protein.

Yes, good nutrition takes time to prep, think ahead to have the right ingredients in the house. It is so worth it & your body deserves it!

Let’s talk about fitness challenges. Whether you need a new goal cause you are getting bored of the same old, you need a kickstart or want a new challenge to see what you are made of, setting a fitness challenge can be the answer. So I bring to you my November fitness challenge - 50 burpees a day = 1500/month. This is achievable. If needed you can modify (later post) or break them up in sets of 10 or complete them throughout the day. I will post on Halloween the burpee options so you can join me in this challenge beginning 11/1.
