🥎🔥 CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND IN THE CIRCLE! 🔥🥎

A huge shoutout to our Titans Beck 10U pitching staff for leading the way to a perfect 6-0 Championship Weekend! 3 of my 10U pitchers, Kylie, Ryleigh, and Raegan outperformed every team they played this past weekend.

💥 Team Pitching Stats
⚡ 59 Strikeouts
⚡ Outscored opponents 68-15
⚡ Tournament Champions

🥎 Ryleigh M
✅ 3 Wins
✅ 17.0 IP
✅ 31 Strikeouts
✅ Allowed just 2 hits in two complete-game victories
✅ Dominated the Championship run, including a 14-strikeout performance against Capital City Sparks

🥎 Kylie Z
✅ 2 Wins
✅ 13.0 IP
✅ 21 Strikeouts
✅ Complete-game victory over South Colonie Raiders
✅ 11 Ks, 2 hits allowed, 0 walks, and 57 strikes on 70 pitches
✅ Followed it up with a 10-strikeout performance against Bison Blue

🥎 Raegan B
✅ 1 Win
✅ 3.0 IP
✅ 9 Strikeouts
✅ No-hitter
✅ Allowed 0 runs and struck out every out recorded except one

These three competed with confidence, attacked the zone, trusted their defense, and set the tone for the entire weekend. The growth they’ve shown throughout the season continues to be impressive, and this weekend was a great example of what happens when preparation meets opportunity.

Proud of all three of these young ladies and the entire Titans Beck 10U team for bringing home the championship! 🏆💙🥎

💙💪🥎🏆

‼️Stop Jumping. Start Driving.‼️

🔑One of the most common movement inefficiencies I see in pitchers is early knee extension.

In simple terms, the back leg straightens too soon.

When that happens, the body tends to move 🆙 instead of FORWARD➡️

The result?

❌ Loss of forward momentum
❌ Reduced hip drive
❌ Less whip through release
❌ Energy leaks before reaching the ball
❌ Difficulty creating consistent velocity

Great pitchers don’t try to jump off the rubber.

They stay loaded longer, allow the hips to lead the movement, and ride forward before the back leg fully extends.💪🏼

This concept is known as Delayed Knee Extension.

When done correctly:

✅ The hips fire first
✅ Momentum stays directed toward the target
✅ Energy transfers more efficiently through the kinetic chain
✅ The arm receives more help from the lower half
✅ Velocity and spin potential improve

At Tier One Athletics, we spend a lot of time teaching pitchers how to create movement from the ground up. Often the difference between throwing harder isn’t throwing harder—it’s moving more efficiently.

The goal isn’t to push UP🆙

The goal is to move FORWARD➡️

Big congratulations to Coach Beck on this exciting next chapter! 👏🏼

I’ve had the opportunity to work with his pitchers and watch this team grow over the past few years, and I can honestly say the dedication, passion, and commitment this coach brings every single day never goes unnoticed.

Making the move into a more elite program is a huge accomplishment and a true reflection of the time, energy, and belief you’ve poured into your athletes and organization.

🔥🥎 BIG TIME weekend for Izzy C in the circle for Adirondack Force - Moore 12U! 🥎🔥

Izzy was absolutely dealing this weekend, helping lead her team to two huge wins while dominating in the circle and contributing at the plate. 💪

⚡ Game 1 vs Titans-Zieniuk 12U
➡️ Complete game performance
➡️ 6 innings pitched
➡️ 8 strikeouts
➡️ 0 walks
➡️ Only 1 earned run allowed
➡️ Added a clutch RBI single at the plate

⚡ Game 2 vs Stone Crabs Navy 12U
➡️ 5 shutout innings
➡️ 6 strikeouts
➡️ Only 4 hits allowed
➡️ Helped secure the 8-0 shutout victory

What stands out most is Izzy’s ability to compete, attack hitters, and trust her work under pressure. The confidence, command, and consistency she’s showing right now is a direct reflection of the work she continues to put in behind the scenes. 👏

So proud of this kid and excited to keep watching her grow. The future is BRIGHT. 🖤🥎
