Trails. If you follow QZ15K, chances are you've caught the bug. There are sprays for that, but you'll be back. This race is a gateway drug to bigger, scarier, epic things. Pennsylvania and the East Coast host some of the world's best events, and UTMB hasn't priced us out yet, so go experience them. Let's make a list:

ofcourse there are many more; just train with some old trailheads for their stories. That last one is finally on my calendar after years of fomo.... I'm down with short trails with insane elevation. Lucifer's Crossing is my favorite so far for that experience, but Conestoga looks promising. I still have to tackle Smith's K**b, or either of the "Boulder" races listed. Too many great places to run to put off until next year. I guess I'm in for those too. I won't regret it. Hope to see you there.
