Stars Vipers: Updated Private Lesson Guidelines Schertz & San Antonio

Dear Stars Vipers Families,

Thank you for your continued support and for being a valued part of the Stars Vipers family. As our program continues to grow, we would like to share a few important reminders and updates regarding private lessons to help ensure the best experience possible for our athletes, families, and coaches.

Private Lesson Reminders

Arrival & Pick-Up

During regular business hours, athletes may be dropped off no earlier than 30 minutes before their scheduled private lesson.
Athletes should be picked up within 15 minutes of their lesson ending.
Lessons During Non-Business Hours

If your athlete does not drive themselves, a parent or guardian must remain in the gym during the lesson.
Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel a private lesson, please notify the coach directly at least 24 hours in advance.
Lessons canceled without proper notice may still be charged.
Please note that leaving a voicemail with the gym does not constitute a cancellation. The coach must be contacted directly.
Member Priority Scheduling

As our private lesson program continues to grow, we are prioritizing lesson availability for active Stars Vipers members. To be considered eligible for member pricing and priority scheduling, athletes must be:

Currently enrolled in a Stars Vipers tumbling class, or
Actively participating on a Stars Vipers team.
Athletes who participate in a school cheer program that trains with Stars Vipers are also eligible to schedule private lessons without being subject to the additional non member fee.

Program Updates

Non-Member Private Lesson Fee

Non-members may still participate in private lessons; however, the monthly non-member fee will increase from $45 to $90 per month.
Private Lesson Eligibility
To receive member pricing and scheduling priority for private lessons, athletes must meet one of the following requirements:

Be actively enrolled in a Stars Vipers tumbling class,
Be an active Stars Vipers team member, or
Be a member of a school cheer program that trains with Stars Vipers.
These updates are intended to ensure that our active athletes and partner school programs continue to have access to private lesson opportunities while allowing us to effectively manage the growing demand for instruction.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and cooperation as we continue to provide the highest quality training experience for our athletes.
