The Schertz Family YMCA is proud to celebrate being part of the incredible Greater San Antonio YMCA as it celebrates its 150th birthday and a legacy of service, impact, and community!

We are so grateful to be part of such an amazing community and to have the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful friends and families. Thank you to the YMCA for making our lives a little brighter each day and for continuing to inspire, support, and strengthen our community.

These dedicated leaders work hard every day to help keep our pools safe, fun, and welcoming for everyone. They also play a vital role in training and mentoring our lifeguard staff, ensuring our members and guests have the best possible experience.

If you have questions about our pools, swim lessons, or aquatics programs, these friendly faces are a great resource. Don't hesitate to stop by, say hello, and learn more about all the exciting things happening in Aquatics!

Grab a dumbbell sturdy enough to sit on and see what you can do:

150 years. Countless lives changed. ❤️

On June 6, the YMCA of Greater San Antonio celebrates 150 years of strengthening our community through connection, belonging, health, and opportunity.

For generations, families have found support, friendship, and a place to grow at the Y. As we celebrate this milestone under the theme Uniting Generations, we invite you to join us during Birthday Week (June 1–6), wear red on June 6, and help us honor the people and stories that have shaped our legacy.
