Vegas Shoot 2026

Day 1: I shot my best scoring round of the last year.
Day 2: One arrow shoot off for $1K. Dead center X to make the final 8. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the check.

I got to practice with Paige Pearce today and get a few tips from her. She is one of the top female archers in the world.

Tomorrow starts 3 days of back to back scoring in the Recurve Championship.

Not the weekend I hoped for at Nationals in Memphis. Last year I was on the podium, but this year I’m really struggling to get back into it. Practice goes well, but when I get to the line I can’t deliver my best and I can’t figure out where I’m going wrong. 2 weeks until I leave for Vegas so hopefully I can make some adjustments.

The highlight of the weekend, our team at Archery HQ was named NFAA Club of the Year! Overall great weekend for our team.

USA Archery Indoor Nationals this weekend in College Station. I have been working on building my stamina back. This was the 2nd indoor tournament I have shot in over a year. 20 point increase in just a few weeks. My scores are getting better each tournament.
