I work with clients in person in Schererville, Indiana, and the surrounding towns, and remotely via phone, and/or video chat. I have college degrees in Exercise Physiology, and in Dietetics (Nutrition and Wellness), an Illinois teaching license, and an Indiana Massage Therapy license. I am a certified Health Coach, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Yoga instructor. I enjoy working with clients w

ith a wide-variety of abilities. Some of my clients are college athletes, professional golfers, stay-at-home moms, business owners, laborers, pregnant women, and people with a variety of limitations and lifestyles.
