We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager, Director of Instruction at D-BAT Schererville ⚾🥎

This is a hybrid leadership and coaching role for someone who wants to develop athletes, lead instructors, and help grow a high-performing training program.

You’ll help recruit, train, mentor, and manage instructors, deliver lessons, support front desk operations, and help drive lesson volume and customer experience.

Important: This position requires consistent availability for leadership, instruction, evenings, and weekends. Active players or coaches with seasonal commitments should not apply.

We’re looking for someone with strong baseball and/or softball experience, leadership ability, professionalism, and the confidence to coach both athletes and other instructors.
