Team Tschumakow 2017-2018

Team Tschumakow 2017-2018 Nadia competed in the 2017 U21 Junior Women's Championship.

Team Tschumakow was a junior women's curling team for one season (2017-2018) from Massachusetts and NH that prepared to compete in the 2018 U18 Junior Women's National Curling Championships. We are a team of junior curlers from Massachusetts and New Hampshire preparing to compete in the 2018 US Curling Association U18 Junior Women's National Curling Championships. Our team members are:

- Alina Tshcumakow, Broomstones Curling Club (MA)

The team is coached by Shelley Dropkin with additional assistant coaching from Keith Dropkin. Two of our members, Liz and Chloe, were part of Team Rodgers for the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 seasons and competed in the 2016 Junior Women's National Championships and the 2017 U18 Junior Women's National Championships.

Team Tschumakow was a team of junior women’s curlers from Massachusetts and New Hampshire who played together for one season (2017-2018) and prepared to compete in the 2018 US Curling Association U18 Junior Women's National Curling Championships. After a great season together, the team members moved on to join other teams.

We won our third game at the Broomstones Bantam Bonspiel. Now 3-0 going into tomorrow’s games. Our next game is 9:00am tomorrow against the team from Chloe’s home club of Petersham.

Update from the Broomstones Bantam Bonspiel: we won both our games against a team from Broomstones and a team from Cape Cod. One more game tonight at 7:30 pm against another team from Broomstones.

NOTE: Ethan Herbert is playing with us this weekend as Nadia had a theatre event and was unable to play.

Saturday morning at 9:00am we'll be on the ice at Broomstones playing against other teams with players under 16 years old in the Broomstones Bantam Bonspiel. This is our final bonspiel for the season and we're looking forward to the games!
