WE BELIEVE you can get fit on your own.
We believe you know your body. We believe you have access to LOTS of resources. We believe you can do your homework and figure it out. The internet is FULL of things telling you exactly how to get fit.
We also believe you have biases about yourself. There’s things you love to do, and some you’d rather not do, which will influence your choices. We believe it’s hard to look at your own fitness needs as objectively as a coach could for you.
You can get fit, but it might take you longer and the road will be a lot less clear than if you’re working with a coach.
We work with all kinds of people to meet their fitness goals. We assess them, we look at their mobility, their strengths, their pains, their performance, their stamina, their capacity and their GOALS. We create programs to help them get from where they are, to where they want to be, and then to where they didn’t even know they could go.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
