Pulled training back to 3-4x per week because your boi needs sleep.😴

Rotation A: Upper, lower, upper, arms
Rotation B: Lower, upper, lower, arms

Ran this setup all through my last cut and really liked it. With a rest day between each session, always coming into training feeling fresh and ready to push.

A few more weeks left in the push up phase before I clean things up a bit!

A balanced physique isn’t built by only training the body parts you enjoy or naturally excel at.

We tend to avoid what we’re not good at…so flip that on its head and lean into those weaknesses if you really want to change your physique.

2-3 rounds at the end of your arm day guarantees a juicy tricep pump 💪🏽

1. Marinate: 30 minutes good, 24 hours better. Even if it’s just a sodium containing seasoning sprinkled on, it will create a more juicy and flavorful piece of meat

2. Cook to temp: 165 degrees. Over cooking is the supreme enemy of good chicken.

3. Cut against the grain: Cut against the grain = tender. Cut with the grain = stringy

I refuse to eat food I don’t and enjoy and byproduct of that refusal is that I’ve learned how to cook really well.

Learn how to cook. Eat tasty food. Be happy.
