At The Florida Quest Travel Hockey Organization, we believe in fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all our players. Our philosophy is built on three core principles: equal playing time, equal opportunity, and no politics (ABSOLUTELY NO POLITICS).
Equal Playing Time: Every player deserves the chance to shine. We ensure that all our athletes get fair and equal playing time, regardless of their skill level. This approach not only builds confidence but also helps every player develop their talents and enjoy the game to the fullest.
Equal Opportunity: Talent knows no boundaries. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all players, giving each individual the same resources, training, and support. We celebrate diversity and believe that everyone, from beginners to advanced players, should have the chance to excel.
No Politics: Hockey should be about teamwork, passion, and fun – not politics. We maintain a transparent and fair environment where decisions are made for the benefit of the players and the team. Our focus is on the game and the growth of our athletes, free from any political influence, including from associations and leagues.
