HYROX doesn’t care how old you are, what your pace is, or how much experience you have.

It simply asks one question:
How badly do you want to keep going when things get hard?

Over the past two weeks, our F45 Scarsdale squad and coaches answered that question with grit, resilience, and heart.

Months of training. Early mornings. Sore legs. Doubt. Progress. Setbacks. Victories.

And then the courage to step onto the HYROX floor and test themselves.

We couldn’t be prouder of everyone who represented F45 Scarsdale in NYC. The result isn’t measured by a finish time. It’s measured by the willingness to challenge yourself and discover what you’re capable of.

Congratulations to every athlete who showed up, pushed through, and crossed that finish line. ❤️💙🤍
