A women’s body was designed to adapt
Research continues to reveal the extraordinary return women receive from movement.
In a large NIH-supported study of more than 400,000 U.S. adults, women who exercised regularly had a 24% lower risk of death from any cause and a 36% lower risk of fatal cardiovascular events compared with inactive women. Women also achieved comparable health benefits with substantially less exercise time than men.
Muscle is more than strength.
It is an investment in your future.
Build strength. Protect bone. Support your heart. Preserve your independence.
Start where you are. Build for where you’re going.
