In order to appreciate something you must first bear the pain and struggle in order to complete one’s journey. Fitness is not a over exaggerated accomplishment; instead it’s one that comes with patience, grace, consistency, and discipline. It’s not always about one achieving an aesthetic physique. Some times it’s just about being able feel good and to be mobile/ healthy. For others it maybe therapy mentally.

First I would like to thank God for this experience.

This was an amazing moment/ experience for black history month. Thank you for the invitation to be apart of this amazing pop up shop.
I got to work on some people from the DOC and I am just loss for words in all that came of today.

I am truly grateful for every person who is in my life to help me to grow at what I am doing and believing in me in ways some times I don’t believe in me.

My heart was smiling today and I thank God for this all. Thank you 🙏🏾
