If you've trained in the mornings, there's a good chance you've seen Riley. He brings a steady, encouraging presence to the gym and is passionate about helping clients stay focused on the long game. Whatever your goal is, Riley is always ready to help you take the next step forward.
Why he coaches:
"I enjoy coaching because fitness is a big part of my life. I've been lifting for over ten years, and I like being able to share my knowledge with my clients."
His favorite moment to see in a client's journey:
"One of my favorite moments is when my clients begin to see the progress they are making. I like when a client sets a specific goal and then achieves it."
What he wishes beginners knew:
"I wish more clients realized that it takes time and consistency to reach their fitness goals."

"Iron Legion is a fun, supportive community. I enjoy the camaraderie with the staff and our clients."
Favorite lift:
"My favorite lift is the deadlift because it's a full-body compound exercise."

"People might be surprised to learn that I love water sports like fishing and surfing."
Coach Riley brings experience, consistency, and a genuine passion for helping others improve. He understands that progress doesn't happen overnight, and he's always there to help clients stay focused on the habits that lead to long-term success.
